Honestly, I like what they have done in FA/waivers a lot more than draft pics.

I can't see an outright cut happening. His cap hit is pretty significant, and nobody will trade for him. But yeah, they need to mitigate the damage.

even 3 mill in dead cap is worth not having that guy on the roster. He Blows!

about keeping him in a transitional role if they intend on drafting a starting-caliber CB.

With that in mind, I think they ask him to take a pay cut and he will probably refuse, then be cut.
