  • Chicago LLWS team that won the U.S. championship stripped of its title

For using kids outside of their regional boundary.

Feel awful for the kids but you have to wonder if they were at all aware of what was going on…

    I prefer NJ.com's headline...............

Mo'ne Davis, Taney Dragons cheated out of chance to win Little League World Series

Fuck those cheating little bastards from Chicago. It ain't called The Second City for nothing.

Sure the "adults" set this in motion, but the kids aren't totally innocents here. You can bet dollars to doughnuts the kids were all aware of the ringers on the team. Anyone who's ever played youth organized ball was acutely aware of who was eligible to play on their team and who was not.

And these kids weren't the "feel good story of the summer". It was OUR GIRL Mo'ne. She captivated the nation during that tournament. She just wasn't good enough to to single handedly beat a team of cheaters.
"It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you."

John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.
