The markdown in Foles' items comes as speculation grows that the team is going to do whatever it can to move up in the 2015 NFL Draft to get their hands on Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota.
Whether landing Mariota in a trade would mean the exit of Foles isn't clear, but it would almost certainly end his time as the starting quarterback.
