They're doing it for the paycheck, not for a chance to win.

Sure, we may win a lot of games this year, and even make the playoffs, but who in their right mind would want to accept the increased workload that comes with playing with this offense?

This is one area where Chip is failing, IMO.

One thing about Cary Williams and Bradley Fletcher -- they stayed on the field. Combined for 4,408 defensive snaps the last 2 years.

Well maybe if they could cover someone they would get off the field, but they sucked so the whole defense struggled.

Williams had his moments, but Fletcher was the real problem.

Williams didn't get burned as much but some of those penalties were pretty damn infuriating. Good riddance to both.
