Maybe I'm naive, but I don't see how it could. Shady is not DJax. He was loved by Philly, and I don't see him taking his frustration at the situation out on the fans.

A more likely scenario, in my mind, is that Shady runs for 150+ and fans start calling out Chip and/or the current RB if he's not performing.

....nothing comes out after the deal, no "anonymous sources" or any other sour grapes from either side.

It's a very rare thing a player starts and finishes with same the team.
