Didn't he have like 1,100 yds and 4.5 per carry? I didn't watch him at all.

I had Frank in fantasy and although not a great fantasy back I think he does fit this offense. He is a one cut back who gets positive yardage. Similar style to Sproles with bigger body. He is also great in pass protection. Obviously age is a concern but I like the pickup on a temporary basis.

but he's a good guy,,think Maclin wanted to play for the guy who drafted him....we let high 1st rounders walk for nothing? not on board with that

I am assuming this will be his last big contract unless somebody other than Alex Smith plays QB. The fact that no receiver caught a TD last year was not only due to lack of talent at WR but Captain check-down throwing the ball. I bet Andy will force him to make some long throws but all indications are that Maclin's numbers will decrease significantly.
