The counter-argument I've seen made regarding Murray is that he didn't have all that many carries in the 3 years prior: 164, 161 and 217

Also, and I don't know how much it matters, that link just shows a comparison of total rushing yards. Well, if the number of attempts was reduced the following year then it should be expected that the number of yards would be reduced as well.

If the Eagles do in fact sign Murray and give him the ball less than 436 times, is it really a problem if he has fewer yards? I think it'll matter more what his YPC look like.
