  • Still plenty of holes

We still have major holes at guard(...maybe both), Safety, Corner and Wide Receiver.

I get that it's wait and see with Chip, but I'm not sure how he fills all these spots between now and July. Hard to imagine it call comes via the draft and I'm not sure how much cap space is left for even middling FAs to be added.

Is there anyone on the PS that he may be moving up?

Jerome "The Osprey" Couplin is intriguing. He's an athletic freak but hasn't put it together on the field yet. I'm sure he ends up just another Momah type, but who knows.

I'm probably wrong but I don't see them addressing CB until late in the draft at this point. We now have Maxwell, Boykin, Thurmond, Carroll and Watkins.

I know it was a end of the season doesn't mean anything who cares game but I thought Watkins looked good against the Giants.

I had mentioned on here before if Quron Pratt might be moved up.

This is a huge reason the Mathis thing is so stupid. You have major holes and now you create yet another.

              I agree.

Agreed, but if the deal is for Kenny Stills, I assume the logic is that you fill WR with a young, cheap player and OG with a first round pick all by trading one older player.

Mathis is great, and I really wouldn't want to see him leave, but Stills would fit in perfectly in this O and then they take a road grader (or two) early on

                  Interesting thought.

The quality of this draft of guards is rated second rounders and onwards, so maybe final DB (either S or CB) then guards.

Who knows? Things change so quickly around here.
