When Chip was hired,

Looking back on him being offered the job and then not taking it initially, it makes me wonder if he looked at this roster and knew then that some of these guys just were not a good fit for what he wanted and declined.


At that point I have to wonder if when Lurie called him back, was there some type of "bonus" or power shift implied if certain things transpired?
