They were talking about how he got the nickname "Slowhand" yesterday. I had never heard that before.

For those that don't know, "Slowhand" was because Eric used to replace any broken string on his guitar while still onstage and, while doing so, the audience would clap along to a slow beat, hence "Slowhand".
