Seems like they continue to show interest in 1st/2nd/3rd round linebackers even after trading for Alonso. Guess the Kendricks rumors are true; just hope they actually get a decent return.

If they draft a corner in the first 2 rounds I think Boykin's gone as well...

I agree. I think a lot of solid players might get dealt depending on how the draft plays out.

If they draft an ILB early, Kendricks is gone.
If they draft CB early, Boykin is gone.
If they draft OL early, Mathis is gone.
If they draft WR early.......Cooper continues to get paid. I hate that contract.

I assume you're referring to Boykin and not Kendricks right? If Kendricks is matched one on one with Dez, jump ball and height aside, Kendricks is losing that matchup.

Kendricks isnt going anywhere (for this season anyway). Kiko and Demeco are both coming off major injuries. Depth on the inside killed them this year bc they had no one after Kendricks and Demeco. They're looking for depth and a year ahead bc demeco probably isnt on the team next year.

The beginning of this offseason, DeMeco and Kendricks were both on the last year of their contract. They chose to extend DeMeco, but haven't approached Kendricks. They signed Brad Jones and have Najee Goode coming back, so they have depth even without Kendricks. In addition, they are paying a lot of attention to ILBs that will go in the first few rounds.

I hope they keep Kendricks, but all indications are Chip doesn't see him in the long-term plans.

neither,,,was referring to a draft choice,,a CB needs to be over 6 foot i would imagine for Chip to be interested in....Kendricks on Coach Dez,,,the Cowgirls would be giddy
