The guy had a pair of really good seasons in San Francisco. We got him and a 7th round pick for a 6th, in 2016. And Tampa Bay is paying the guaranteed portion of his contract.
Look, the Skins have had awful offseasons in the past, but this is really a move with no downside. This McCloughan guy seems to really know what he's doing.
