I always thought that Tebow could be productive as an h-back. Perhaps Kelly is just the coach to convnce him to take on non-quarterback responsibilities in exchange for being the team's emergency QB. In fact, I can not envision a scenario where Chip doesn't impart on Tebow the emphasis Kelly places on positional versatility.
He can make plays as a runner with the ball in his hands or as a blocker. He just needs to love football more than the glory of being a QB. Here's hoping that the time he spent away from football knocked his ego down enough that he doesn't prioritize his personal ambition over the goals of the team.
Otherwise it's a total waste of time and money for the Eagles.
