  • IMO, the Eagles are going to have a rough year

If there was stability at QB, I might be a little more optimistic. If I KNEW DeMeco Ryans was going to be healthy, I might be more optimistic. I've been watching this pro game a long time and every time you see this much upheaval it is a recipe for disaster. I don't even think they are going to get their sh*t together after the first 8 games. That's my prediction. I hope I'm wrong.

I think it's all going to come down to the QB situation. If that works out, I think they'll be fine. If it doesn't we are going to be in for a long year.

What makes you think it's going to work out?

That is a big IF in my mind. It's not like you're bringing in Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. There are more questions than answers. Injury history, inexperience in the system, inexperience in the NFL, inconsistency. Out of 5 or 6 QB's that are on this roster, or who could potentially be on this roster, you don't have a complete player in the bunch. I'm just curious why Chip Kelly had this delayed rebuilding mode for 2 years. Why didn't he gut it right away? The fans and the media would have given him a grace period.

Im reserving my Opinion/reaction for May 1st

at that point we will know more, Signing of TT means nothing to what the season will be...I do think the Eagles will be a better defense..I could tolerate winning some games 24-13 for a change.

I don't think it is guaranteed to work out by any means. It's a major roll of the dice. I guess I think the worst case scenario at QB is Sanchez and that equals mediocrity.

I think roll of the dice is a great way to describe this offseason/upcoming season. Screw all the "In Chip we Trust" stuff. I'm mostly curious to see if he's a genius or a moron.

He is a college coach who thinks he can use these pro athletes like checker pieces for his own amusement. He won't be around that long a d when he leaves , he will be leaving a mess. Anyone who still thinks this guy is a genius with a master plan is living in a fantasy world. When the right offer comes in, he is back to college. Eagle fans should hope it happens ASAP before the damage gets much worse.

So you think Chip is looking to go back to college?

I think that the OL will have a much greater say in how successful the team is. If they stay healthy the Eagles will be right in the middle of things. Hopefully Bradford pans out, if not, back to the drawing board at qb. They are starting to accumulate talent on defense. The front seven was really good last year. They have players, they need more and like any team they need some things to go their way. They certainly are not a garbage roster by any means.

Thanks for your insight. I must have missed it the previous 700 times you wrote the exact same thing.

The jokes are gold 236y.....pure gold.

I know you still have your chip poster on the bedroom ceiling, but deep down you know as well as I do that the only plan that Chip has (other than making a shitload of money while waiting for his next college gig) is to get rid of the stars who were here when he arrived and bring in his own players. It's pretty clear by now that he really doesn't care that much who those players are as long as they are his. In the meantime, the barkleys tebows, will come to philly. But the SB RING won't. .

So he's getting rid of guys who don't fit what he wants to do while trying to bring in guys who do? What an asshole! We all know how happy we were for all those years of Reid trying to fit square pegs in round holes, how dare Chip try and fit square pegs in square holes!

We get it, your shtick is to bash Chip, no matter what. Truthfully, I know you don't even believe what you write, because, if you did, you'd be one clueless individual. My only real complaint is, if you're going to troll the board, at least be creative and funny about it. Step up your troll game or just stop trolling por favor.
