    The offer the Titans rejected.

    According to the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Eagles offered two first-round picks, a third-rounder, Fletcher Cox, Mychal Kendricks, Brandon Boykin and “more.” He later added that Sam Bradford was part of the package

      Fuck that.
      500 internet fights, that's the number I figured when I first joined igglephans. 500 internet fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate internet-tough guy. You need them for experience, to develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then...after...you realize that's what you are.

        That was more about money than player value

        Teams really want draft picks that they can have under control and pay them like shit. Nobody wants veterans with high contracts that they have to renegotiate and shit like that.

                    Those reports don't make sense taken together.

                    If both are true, it strongly implies that the Bucs were offered less for Pick 1 than the Titans for Pick 2. I don't believe that.

                      With regard to bradford sure but Kendricks boykin and cox are still on rookie contracts. I don't think money would be that big of a issue. And the Titans have 25 million in cap space - third highest.

                      Maybe the Titans really like mariota given that they have a possible QB already it seems crazy not to take that with picks as well.
