I thought Eric Rowe, a versatile safety out of Utah who can help you at CB in a pinch, would have been a perfectly reasonable late first-round pick. The Eagles got him midway through the second round, and hit a clear need. They also got the type of high-character kid Chip Kelly is all about targeting. They added Jordan Hicks in Round 3, addressing the need for some depth at inside linebacker. The Rowe pick really seals a good day for me, as I think he was a steal there.
