He clearly belongs based on solely on coaching. I'd argue he's got some learning to do as a GM, but he's new to it. I just hope he has a very quick learning curve.

That being said, he is a a world-class bullshitter. But then again, so is Belichick, Carroll and just about every other successful NFL coach.
