Belgian Endive

and at the bottom of the list...

I'm a big fan of nice summer tomatos.

We're going to have huge arguments about whether a tomato is a fruit or a vegetable.

I like heirlooms, they are ridiculously good.

Here's another thing about tomatoes. In the summer, when Jersey tomatoes are running, they're like $1.49 a pound. And bananas are $.79/pound. Bananas come from Central and South America on boats. Tomatoes come from the farm around the corner. What's up with that?
