Not that this place is a basketball authority, nor will it be up and running much longer; I certainly value few basketball opinions on this bored, but it's time to reevaluate your opinion on the greatest active player.
I get the old school guys that favor the game sans 3, dominated on the block. I get the rules with hand checking and other physical factors have changed in last decade, but this guy is doing things never before seen on a court. Curry is pretty much proving me wrong this season. I'm not saying I think this is the case, but I think, this season, the only player you can make a reasonable argument for vs. Curry is Russell Westbrook. Curry and Westbrook are, IMO, the two best players in the world right now.At 6'8", Lebron still finished one spot behind Curry in assists per game (8th in league) and 18th in the league in steals (.4/game less than Curry). He's an elite defender.
