At this moment, I am not sure if or when I will be Espaņa this fall but I am sure going to try to make it happen. I'm starting to research airfares now. I'm pretty confident I can get a good hotel rate unless I pick a real top travel time.
Most likely travel window for me is mid October through very early December. It would be fun to watch an Eagles game together at a bar there. So that would probably require a 1 PM game, but Spaniards like their late nights out so a 4 PM could also work in certain situations!
If I get any travel plans finalized, I can ask my friends to scope out places in Madrid where it might be possible to watch a game together. They won't understand anything about NFL football but maybe we could teach them a little.
