I've heard that there is ongoing dialogue between Phillies and Rangers but have not heard anything is imminent. Hamels doesn't have the Rangers on his no-trade list so that makes things easier (and cheaper) since he can't force the vesting of his option year. Rangers have a really good farm system so there is hope it might be a fair deal.Comment
