Interesting lawsuit - the story I read suggested that the prior owners got one letter. Can you really sue for not disclosing a single letter? I would have thrown it away the first time and not thought much of it.

I'm interested to see what happens. In the meantime, there's a nutjob running around town somewhere.

For a small town, Westfield has some pretty crazy stories. I think the Plaintiffs are going to be SOL in court, but I like that they named the Defendant as "the Watcher" in the Complaint.
