This is good. I understand the Phillies problems come from way above the manager, but he was so terrible at both tactics and connecting with the players. I didn't want Nola or any other young player being called up here while he was still around.
He had blow ups with De Fratus and Giles, didn't back up Franco after he got ejected, made Francour throw 50 pitches, ect. -
