Bass player for Yes. Lost his battle with leukemia today. I'm a big Yes fan and a bass player, but even if you're not a Yes fan or prog rock fan, ya gotta give it up for Chris Squire. One of the pioneering bass players that brought the bass to the forefront of a rock band and along with other players like Entwistle really embraced the trebly, melodic, hard edge bass sound. Paved the way for a lot of other great bass players. Sad to see him go.
