You do realize it wasn't cheating when they played the Eagles. You do realize the Eagles were doing the same thing right? In fact pretty much every team was doing it. That is what lead the league to issue the statement defining the rule. It was poorly worded and bello heck says he didn't understand it when caught in the first game the rule was in effect.

I hate that they beat the Eagles but I am not gonna make shit up for why it happened.
