Hip hop culture, even if dominated by blacks, is not exclusively black.

There are black people who "can't handle" hip hop culture-defined individuals and there are white people who are culture-defined by hip hop.

Thus, even assuming Kelly is uncomfortable with it, it doesn't mean he's a racist.
