coaches were able to say that kind of stuff without being accused of slander or racism or whatever. In baseball, managers allude to this kind of ineptitude as "not having baseball sense", which pretty much means the subject of the discussion is dumb as a bag of rocks. In this case, I agree 100%. The dude looks like he only knows pass rushing and not much else.

Agree it's way, way too soon to say the guy has turned it around. But if he can be even a just-ok contributor as third OLB, that's way more than it looked like the team would get from him last year. Glass half-full, etc.

He was good in setting the edge and good in coverage. Pass rush still needs to develop, but intelligence wasn't an issue in this game at least.
