    Yeah, the Oyster Creek Inn has been an institution for as long as I can remember. It's reeeeally off the beaten path so they never would've survived if they weren't pretty darn good.

      I just had a big steaming bowl of beef pho on Monday night, when the local air was 97 degrees and 80% humidity. Added some sriracha, too. My son-in-law's mother (a Viet by birth) insists that pho is for winter. Forget that...it's great any time.
