  • I wanna hear from the bleeding hearts that scorned Chip for the roster turnover

    Before the season starts rolling.

August 23: how do you feel about the team now? Still upset about Cole, herremans, and the horror of losing Maclin? Have you recovered? Is there hope for the future or should we all move to KC?

They miss Mahe, Pinkston, Thrash, and Mitchell. They also miss the walrus and his dinner menu.
500 internet fights, that's the number I figured when I first joined igglephans. 500 internet fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate internet-tough guy. You need them for experience, to develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then...after...you realize that's what you are.

Mahe. That one word alone makes me so thankful that Reid is gone.

I've been critical of some moves, but right now he looks like a genius, I'll agree.

I still think we'd be better off with Herremans, and if we don't make it to the playoffs, it'll be due to a lack of O-line depth. Biggest weakness on the team right now.

I've tried to reserve judgment. We're short on brand name receivers and the secondary looks taped together. Plus, the moment the Bradford trade got correctly reported (as giving up a 2nd), i've been skeptical.

Rooting for failure isn't fun though.

It's either going to be a big success or a spectacular failure. Either way, we won't need to sit through a decade of this fat fuck, right?

Secondary is taped together? Based upon what?

                      depth is a problem though.

could you name the 4 starters? Can you really now? If we get a upper half of the league result, they should be very good. The line is very good and the LBs are good, albeit thin.

ILB is about as deep as it gets. Outside, yeah.

I like them experimenting with Vinny Curry at OLB. They have to get him on the field more. He's a good 4-3 DE he's just in the wrong system. I think he's gone next year unless he can make the transition.

yeah sorry. Thin but injuries happen. It's really on the Marcus Smith Pick there.
