They're all juiced, period. Johnson's 9.79 would have been prob 9.70 or lower had he not raised his hand 10m out from the finish at the 88 olympic final in Seoul. Bolt is the greatest not to have been caught so far. He however is not better than Johnson who I believe would have run sub 9.7 27 years ago.Canada is like a really nice apartment over a meth lab.
