The players have looked well-coached and disciplined, and the coaches always seem to be totally in control.

I'm still nervous about OL depth, but organizationally, this is the most impressive team I can remember watching.

So why can't you support my right to enjoy all of the above yet remain a skeptic until we (yes I said "we") win the Big One? This sentiment that by not being "all in" the Eagles are not properly supported (and might not win) is ludicrous.

When skepticism verges into Anthonyism though, I get it. But questioning whether the OL will have enough depth or whether Billy Davis is basically a moron is not grounds for excommunication.

We have a cat who I hate. In the middle of the night last night it somehow turned on the electric piano and hit one of the prerecorded melody buttons that sounded like a Vincent Price movie soundtrack. I nearly sent the cat into next week.

I agree that calling you names for being an optimist isn't right. I revel in good natured optimism, like OB saying the Phillies will go 162-0 on every opening day. It's great.

But there are those on this Board who, if you say you don't quite have the same level of optimism, want to put people in the stocks in the public square. I think that is equally as stupid as dumping on you ("Katduck douche?" I missed that one.) for being an optimist.

Having said all that, I believe I was on record upon Chip's hiring as saying that he will win multiple championships, but I have too many Dimmette school forms to fill out to go back and search.
