This sort of thing seems to happen a lot in the Bay Area.

Agreed it's pretty weak to kick somebody in the head. You could easily kill somebody or ruin them for life doing that.

If you hit somebody (for whatever reason, and I'm not condoning it), and they fall to the ground, unable to defend themselves...there's a line that you shouldn't cross. I'll leave the details to the counselors on the bored...but I believe it's the difference between battery and attempted murder.

Edit: And yep...violence seems to happen a lot in the 49ers and Raiders fan get togethers.
