Is that I know somebody who was actually on the 54th floor of the south WTC that morning -- my daughter's soccer coach at the time. He was working for a reinsurance company (not Merrill Lynch). He told us that as soon as the north tower was hit, his bosses closed up and told everyone to get out, against the advice the tower occupants were being given by WTC management.

I will never understand why public figures think they can get away with this. Must be an ego thing. So stupid (and, in this case, extremely disrespectful).
