  • a lot of Knee jerk reactions

4 weeks ago it was Kool aid Kool aid Kool aid,,,Now its lets measure for the Casket! I'm not happy but I'm also not jumping off a fucin Bridge,,this is what you get with 10 new players; 6 at key positions.....

My opinion of this team hasn't changed,,,lets see who's starting week 8 and see how all the new players learn the Scheme, and Jell......This was an abortion of a game! Its week 2 and Im not ready to declare anything about this team except they sucked balls yesterday,,,and I think Bradford is not the best Qb for this system, and if we turn out to be a poor team this year I would like to see them Get Boykin and run this offense the way its supposed to be run.

The NFC east is winnable. 7-9 could still win it. Nothing is over but Jesus the O looks so bad I'm not sure it's feasible.

This is a good piece by Roob:

@RoobCSN: Chip created this mess. But can he clean it up? My Monday morning column: http://t.co/rRAyspcNm2

I guess it just looks like confirmation of what we all feared; Gardner and Barbre are bums and aren't NFL players. Even if they improve, what's their ceiling with this group? Sure, they could've won that game if a few receivers didn't drop passes, but you're not going to face teams missing their top WR every week and the defense isn't going to hold up that well every week.

There better be a quantum fucking leap against the Jets if they even want to be somewhat productive on offense.

I think we were all hoping for the best with the guards

and they looked serviceable at points,,I though Herremans had run his course and he was slipping and Mathis was getting hurt a lot, but I would have kept him this year if he wasn't being a douch, We need to draft some lineman to develop next year that's for sure.

I was fine with cutting Herremans. If they had drafted someone, I would've been OK with growing pains as he replaced Mathis. But to not address the OL at all and go with Barbre and Gardner was just irresponsible.

They are at least better in pass protection, but man, they were awful run blocking.

Draft and Develop O line and Qb's,,,he was good at that.

Pig stabber and fireman. I disagree.
500 internet fights, that's the number I figured when I first joined igglephans. 500 internet fights and you could consider yourself a legitimate internet-tough guy. You need them for experience, to develop leather skin. So I got started. Of course along the way you stop thinking about being tough and all that. It stops being the point. You get past the silliness of it all. But then...after...you realize that's what you are.

Because the reality is that he went to the playoffs with Andy Reid’s team, he won 10 games with a mixture of Andy guys and his own guys, and now that he’s finally shed the roster of all the guys who helped him actually win all those football games and replaced them with his own players, the result is ugly.
Roob is a feather in the wind but can't argue with that.

Should've kept Todd. At the very least should've waited until after the draft. Didn't he play the last few games with a torn triceps? Still better than Barbre and Gardner.
