LOL, Dimmy, I would imagine you having to stay in good graces with all those states is a PITA, last year I had to file income tax in 26 states, I feel your pain, everybody wants a piece.

Yeah, this almost happened to me in NY. I went on the retired list in NY and NJ. Don't feel like paying for (or taking) the CLE's when I'm not even practicing.

At the time I moved out west, PA was still a pain about taking live CLE in PA rather than webcasts and such. Then when they went to webcasts being okay, I was too far behind on CLE for them.

They still require x amount of credits to be done live. I'm not admitted in PA, but my wife is. She's been home since my son was born but every year she has to figure out what to do with the kids so she can attend some bs 6 hour long symposium on insurance law. There's no reason to not do them all over the web at this point. The whole CLE thing is nonsense anyway. Just a money grab by the bar associations.
