Nothing like Saturday night on an eagles forum for a Cowboy fan. That's what winners do.

Nothing like an Eagle's fan, responding to everything I post! That is what loser's do. On a side note: You will be getting a visit from Dim Bulb, as you forgot your apostrophe in the word "winners". He is the resident grammar police, you know!

an inordinate number of commas in your writing. Is that so your gears up top have time to click, grind and whir? You really should take Dim Bulb up on that offer. There are a lot of community colleges in the Delaware Valley that are willing to start at square one with their students.

No, no, no. Eagles. Not Eagle's. "Losers." Not "loser's." An apostrophe represents possession. No apostrophe represents plural. Please, someone, pull the English language back to its corner before this guy batters it to death. It's not being grammar police to have some dignity in your writing style.

Just trying to help you out, bro! He is on the grammar thing like white in rice!

But, as I tried to explain to your fellow Eaglet pal: I am fine, just sitting here watching you guys squirm, as your dream team is in the process of falling apart at the seams! Maybe, you should learn what the purpose of a comma is for!

You have another superfluous series of commas. You could have written your entire post properly without one. Moreover, you ended your last sentence with a preposition. A basic English composition class at a local 2-year institution would help you greatly. Illiterate reply arriving from "fottball+life" in 3,2,1...

You didn't use a comma! That is the first step to recovery. My work is done here.

Actually, I did use a comma on my last posting, but it didn't post...Oh well, I guess you have better get some sleep. Guarding the Eagle message board for grammar errors is hard work.

                        The answer is still two
John Erlichman, one of President Richard Nixon's closest aides, has admitted America's "War on Drugs" was a hoax designed to vilify and disrupt "the antiwar left and black people" when it was launched in 1971.

fottball+life = easily distracted by shiny objects and pretty darn defensive to boot

His use of apostrophes and commas is insanely funny and he seems oblivious to how utterly stupid he looks. Well, enough sport with the ignorant. I'm off with the family.

out loud at your offers to get the dude into college. He clearly didn't see the irony. That's what happens when you troll the Igglephans Bored with that weak "Dallas-is-the-greatest-team-ever-after-2-games" dross. He spent at least 30 or 45 minutes arguing with me over commas and apostrophes. That was well worth it. I just wasted his Saturday night only to wake up and find that he was still editing and moaning well into the wee hours about the grammar of which he is devoid.

DB--I yield to your strategizing and take no credit for how well it worked out. Keep your lamp of learning burning, sir. I'll follow you anywhere.
