I didn't personally have any problems in SF when I went but a Green Bay fan told me a few years ago "I wasn't sure I wanted the Packers to win the game because of what might happen to me afterward" that's how bad it got at points during the game.

I was at a game where a fan got stabbed, I think the a camera caught it. I saw at least 20 fights in the stands and 15 more in the lot. I saw Raider fans jumping a guy because he had a Vikings jersey on. It was like prison at those games.

Yup I remember that one, they were able to arrest the guy thanks to the video. Chargers eventually changed their ticket policy to try and keep Raider fans out of the stadium.
