Chip will not start a rookie QB

He's shown an aversion to starting rookies unless absolutely necessary:
Rowe, MSII, Agholor, Ertz, Logan didn't start until they traded Sopoaga, etc.

So even if they draft a QB earlier (1st or 3rd round, I guess...), it's still going to be a 1-year Sanchez or Bradford show.

I really am not in the Kaepernick/RG3 camp. Hopefully they can find their Wilson in this draft or time is going to start running out for Chip.

Maybe it's because all those rookies suck? Logan is just the exception that proves the rule.

I'm not sure whether I prefer a glorious 4-12 wreck or a passable 8-8 with a playoff appearance. At least when suffering through the 4-12 season, there's a chance we get a top QB.
