    Has been awfully quiet on this DOD paying for all those hideous patriotic displays at his NFL games.

    Why shouldn't he be quiet? After all, he's getting paid for this crap.

    That's the thing - as bad as his reputation is with the fans and the public in general, the owners love him. He's not going anywhere. Not until the league stops making money, which most likely will never happen.
