  • High School Harry is a disaster

    He's on Rich Kotite level.

What is his value added? Seriously? Sports science is a fiasco, he can't make a QB better, he's a shitty talent evaluator, the team is unprepared on Sunday, etc:

Unfortunately it will take Lurie until 2017 to realize unless he bolts for college.

Even Kotite could win a playoff game
Cowboys last SB win is old enough to drink beer

Don't forget about him giving up a SECOND ROUND pick...

Unfortunately I think he'll be here next season. But he shouldn't be.

            I fucking hate the Eagles.

the game is still about blocking, tackling and execution. Chip can put in all the gimmicks he wants but he can't change the basics of the game.

At what point does a spread offense stop being a "gimmick" offense and just be a spread offense?

when they huddle up and run behind center at times.

Woah there. Settle down on the expectations- this is Harry after all.

What is this "run behind center" you speak of? I vaguely remember the Birds doing this in the past and I've seen other teams do it, I just always assumed it was a penalty seeing as the Eagles sneak on play in every 5 games or so.

It's a poorly coached team. Fundamentals are awful, game plan predictable and average talent at best.

Agreed. No way Lurie lets him go. Only way he leaves is on his terms, and I think he's too prideful to walk away after this shit-show of a season.

I only hope this season humbles him enough to admit he doesn't know enough to run the whole show. I think he needs help with both personnel and play-calling....which was supposed to be where his 'genius' was.

                            I'm not optimistic.

Lurie made Chip the 5th highest paid coach in the league before he called his first pass to Murray in the flat. It will take a very good offer from a college to get him out of here.
