Plain and simple. Has had awful ownership. Tose was bankrupt, Bramen just wanted to make a profit and Lurie is a failed movie producer who is just happy to be in the club. Not one solid NFL mind in the entire organization. 55 years of the same type of losing. Not going to get better anytime soon.
