Is is not obvious that the "interview" consists of Cataldi asking questions... with WIP playing pre recorded responses.

My guess is the way things go is that Angelo asks Kelly some questions and then after the fact they decide what sound bites are correct for the piece to broadcast.
They then edit this into an "interview". Cataldi asks a question live and they play a pre recorded response from the coach.
It certainly isn't live. Sickening.--------
