Question is when did he suffer the concussion?

If it was earlier in the game it would explain a lot about how his play declined and he had no "clock in his head" later in the game on the hit where he suffered the shoulder injury.

The only clock involved in that play was Dennis Kelly whiffing his block and getting Sanchez "clocked."
