The bigger issue I think is that Chip is arrogant enough to think that players don't matter in his college system and that anyone can be plugged in there and do it. He is a terrible judge of talent and is over his head here in the NFL. Spurrier ver. 2013-??Canada is like a really nice apartment over a meth lab.
