Honestly, I think Chump's moves have been made more sense from a personality perspective than a talent perspective.

I think he simply did not like the personalities of some players on the team.

I do not think it is a recipe for success to get rid of a player because Kelly can't work with him. Talent is talent and you must accommodate difficultly that goes with talented players.

I just don't get Winnie saying that he's all about culture then having a guy like KKKooper. That be a slippery slope the end point of which is a woman beating miscreant like Hardy.
