If Chip managed to pull off the Mariotta trade, and give up draft picks and starters, the chip lickers would all be telling us about a 5 year plan to bring us to the promised land. Now, at least, we get a clear view of just how bad a coach he is and don't have to waste all those years before some figure it out.
