some arrogance is there I'm sure,,but Bill Polian does not come off like Bill Parcells did,,,Parcells is a huge Egomaniac and it shows, Polian seems like a level headed guy who can pony up to being wrong.
Im sure your right a lot of the Personnel guys have to think "hey I know what I'm doing" Right! as they fuc up left and right,,Chipper is not going to admit he can't cut it in the NFL.....Not just yet.
