It's looking like the future leader of the defense will be Jordan Hicks. No one on offense exists. They want it to be Kelce, but he isn't a good enough player to command the respect.

There's a lot to gripe about with the moves but I can't think of many leaders that were cut or traded.

From a leadership standpoint this team has been pretty rudderless since bdawk left
