In terms of what? Assembling talent you kind of have to be.

I debate MCW with my pop all the time. But other than that, there's not much else you can say.

They'll get some more talented young guys this offseason and if they suck they need to start firing people.

Yeah I'm not an MCW guy. I think he's a mediocre NBA PG. That pick could be huge this year.

I'm really disappointed in Stauskas. He's looked terrible and I loved him at Michigan.

I think there are 4 NBA guys who should stay long-term...Okafor, Noel, Covington and H. Thompson. The rest can go. Next season is the year they need to start signing some veterans as well (if they'll come here).

I'm not talking about spending money on high-dollar FAs. I'm talking about getting some vets in here to help these guys learn how to become professional athletes and learn how to win.

They'll get the pick this year. It's top 3 protected. The Lakers will win enough games.
