With the Kings' ping pong balls, they have about a 30-35% chance to get the number one pick. Last year, the worst team, Timberwolves, bucked the trend and actually won the draft (since they know how to tank correctly). There is no chance it happens two years in a row...especially if The City of Brotherly Losers is sitting with the worst record. Zero.
